Innovations
in Holiday Organization "Lifestyle Communities" include the
installation of a Web Appliance in the kitchen of each home. Our
inaugural project is THE HAMLET ON OLDE OYSTER BAY in Plainview,
New York. The 370 unit Five Star Resort community will feature an Appliance
that will offer residents direct internal "Intranet" communication
with Concierge Services, Homeowner Association Meetings, Spa, Salon and
Recreational Facilities. The "Intranet" will also feature live"streaming
video" of various recreational areas around the facility and "hot
links" to various web providers (i.e. Netscape, AOL, Internet Explorer,
etc.) and news services (Weather Channel, Bloomberg Financial News).
